The Difference, Up Close
The Standard
Every batch is baked with clean fats that crisp beautifully. You will never find canola, soybean, or “vegetable” oil in our kitchen.
Regular rolled oats are steamed and flattened. Ours are sprouted first — lowering anti-nutrients and unlocking more bioavailable minerals, protein, and easier digestion.
Raw, unfiltered honey keeps its natural bee pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants — floral sweetness the way the valley makes it.
Baked by hand in batches we can count. When you make granola this way, you never have to compromise on a single ingredient — so we don’t.
What’s Inside
How to Enjoy It
Spooned generously over yogurt or cottage cheese, where the clusters stay crisp.
Blended into a smoothie — or better, scattered on top where it belongs.
Straight from the bag. The 3 oz pouch was made for a ski-jacket pocket — no apologies, no bowl.
